a. Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for our Price Match Guarantee:

  • The item must be identical in brand, model, colour, size, and condition.

  • The item must be brand new and supplied with original tags attached.

  • The lower-priced item must be available for immediate purchase from a UK-based retailer.

  • The competitor's item must be in stock at the time of verification.

  • The advertised price must be publicly available and verifiable by our team.

b. Exclusions:
Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

  • Auction websites or marketplace listings (including private sellers).
  • Clearance, liquidation, closing-down, or damaged stock sales.
  • Promotional offers, voucher codes, cashback offers, or member-only discounts.
  • Refurbished, used, ex-display, or second-hand items.
  • Pricing errors or misprints.
  • Products sold by unauthorised retailers.

c. How to Request a Price Match:
Before placing your order, please contact us with:

  • A link to the competitor's product page.
  • Evidence of the lower advertised price.
  • Details of the item you wish to purchase.

Once verified, we will match the price and apply an additional £15 discount.

We reserve the right to decline a price match request where the above conditions are not met or where we are unable to verify the competitor's offer.
